Cristina Banda

Ecommerce Customer Service Representative– Volcom SAS at VOLCOM

Cristina Banda began their work experience in 2011 as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Cognac Ferrand, where they defined promotional campaigns and created marketing reports. Cristina then moved on to Valeo in 2011 as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, where they managed accounts, negotiated sales offers, and provided customer service. In 2013, they joined Philip Morris International as a Product Manager Assistant, executing communication plans and analyzing KPIs. Cristina also worked at SFR in 2013 as a Project Manager Assistant, coordinating cross-functional meetings and driving solution testing. Most recently, they worked at VOLCOM since 2016 as an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative.

Cristina Banda completed their education with a Master's Degree in Management de la distribution multi-canal from IAE Paris-Est in the year 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they successfully obtained in 2011. In 2010, Cristina also attended SKEMA Business School to further their knowledge in International Marketing.
