Natasha Trout has extensive work experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandising and buying. Natasha is currently serving as the Director of Merchandising, Global Ecommerce at VOLCOM since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vans, a VF Company, for almost a decade. Natasha held various roles at Vans, including Senior Merchandise Manager - eCommerce, Merchandise Manager - eCommerce, Buyer - Retail, Associate Buyer - Retail, and Assistant Buyer - Retail. During their time at Vans, they were responsible for assortment planning, analysis of business, and collaborating with global product teams. Natasha also had frequent store visits and traveled to other regions. Before joining Vans, Natasha worked as an Assistant Buyer - Retail at Diane's Beachwear, where they focused on junior surf swimwear and assisted with assortment planning and sales analysis. Natasha started their career at Revolution Surf Co. as a Buyer - Retail, where they were responsible for determining seasonal merchandise, vendor communication, and managing women's private label product development. Natasha has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, trend analysis, vendor management, and social media marketing.

Natasha Trout attended FIDM from the year 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Merchandise Product Development.
