Eldar Mustafin

Eldar Mustafin has extensive experience in user acquisition and marketing roles. Eldar joined Volka Games in 2018, starting as a User Acquisition Manager and then moving on to become User Acquisition Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of User Acquisition. Prior to Volka Games, Eldar worked at FxPro as a User Acquisition Manager. Eldar also had a brief stint at Playgendary, where they managed mobile user acquisition campaigns. Earlier in their career, Eldar worked as a User Acquisition Manager at Fox Hunt, where they were responsible for advertising, lead generation, and social media awareness. Eldar also has experience in the hospitality industry as a Guest Relations Officer at Tobacco-invest Ltd. "Robinson Club". Eldar's early work experience includes a role as a Specialist in the sphere of gambling at Tobacco-invest Ltd., where they focused on staff training and successful employment in prestigious casinos. Eldar also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Holding company Pinskdrev, primarily involved in client search and international logistics exhibitions.

Eldar Mustafin completed their Bachelor's Degree in business administration from the Institute of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship, starting in 2011 and graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they attended the Industrial Pedagogical College from 2009 to 2011, with a focus on commercial activities. In addition to their formal education, Eldar has obtained various certifications in subjects such as creative testing, interview training, LinkedIn ads, strategic thinking, TikTok marketing, and emotional intelligence. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Edvice, Udemy, LinkedIn, GoPractice, and EF Standard English Test. Eldar's most recent certification was earned in May 2023.
