Kevin Kilmartin

Kevin Kilmartin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Kevin is currently serving as the Commercial Director - Eastbrook Studios at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd since October 2022. In this role, they are leading the commercial aspects of the £174m Design and Construction project for the largest film and television production center in London.

Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Project Commercial Director at Volker Stevin Infrastructure from October 2021 to October 2022. Kevin was also the Commercial Director for the Luton DART project at Volker Fitzpatrick Kier JV from June 2017 to February 2022.

Kevin has held various senior commercial management positions throughout their career. Kevin worked as a Senior Commercial Manager at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd from May 2016 to June 2017, and as a Group Commercial Director at Toureen Group from February 2015 to April 2016. Before that, they served as a Senior Commercial Manager at Taylor Woodrow from December 2013 to February 2015.

Kevin has also gained significant experience at Osborne, where they worked in different roles from March 2000 to July 2013, including Commercial Director, Director, Commercial Manager, and Managing Surveyor. Prior to Osborne, they worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Wrekin Construction from January 1998 to March 2000, and at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Limited as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from 1988 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Kevin Kilmartin has accumulated a wealth of expertise and knowledge in commercial management within the construction sector.

Kevin Kilmartin began their education at Christian Brothers College from 1979 to 1984. After that, they attended the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an HND in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician. Continuing their educational journey, Kevin participated in the Student Exchange Program at Wesleyan University in 1986. The following year, they enrolled at the University of Reading and obtained a Diploma in the College of Estate Management, which they pursued until 2000. Lastly, in 2007, Kevin attended Hult Ashridge to gain expertise in Business Strategy and Leadership Skills.
