Lee Swift Bsc Mrics McInstces (Hons)

Lee Swift has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lee began their career as a Site Engineer at VHE Construction in 1998 before moving on to Fox Plant (Owmby) Ltd as a Site Agent/Engineer in 2001. From 2001 to 2010, Lee worked for C.A Blackwell (Contracts) Ltd, initially as a Projects Manager/Contracts Manager and later as a Project Manager. During this time, they managed various projects, including the Clyde Wind Farm Southern Section. In 2010, they founded their own company, Swift Training Services, where they served as Director until May 2021. In 2009, Lee briefly returned to C.A Blackwell (Contracts) Ltd as a Project Manager. Lee then joined Volker Fitzpatrick in 2011 as a Civil Engineering CRE Project Manager for the Thameslink Rolling Stock Project. Lee later served as a Project Manager at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd in 2014 before transitioning to Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd as a Senior Project Manager in 2015. Currently, Lee holds the role of Senior Technical Manager at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd and recently transitioned into the role of Operations Director in September 2022. Throughout their career, Lee has acquired professional qualifications such as Bsc (Hons), MRICS, and MCinstCES.

Lee Swift earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University between 1996 and 2001.
