Ryan Tebay

Ryan Tebay has extensive experience in rail operations and construction, having worked at VolkerRail Ltd since November 2019. At Network Rail, Ryan has held multiple roles including COSS, ES, MC, and CC since January 2015. Additionally, Ryan has been involved with Line Management Services since 2013 as a Railway COSS and previously worked at Vital Rail from January 2015 to November 2019 in similar roles. Educationally, Ryan completed an NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying from Carrillion Construction Training between 2006 and 2008.
