Irene Hofland

Irene Hofland is an experienced business consultant currently working at VolkerRail since September 2018, specializing in HR optimization. Previously, Irene held various roles at Boer & Croon, focusing on project and process management as a Young Executive, and at SEZO, overseeing a team in a project aimed at early detection of payment arrears. Irene's experience also includes positions at Isala as a project manager for the implementation of an electronic medical report database, a shift leader at NS Reizigers, and policy advisor at the Ministry of BZK. Early career roles involved research on corporate social responsibility in Indonesia and educational initiatives in South Africa.
