David Webber

David Webber was named President of Volkert’s new East Division in 2020, comprising the Carolinas, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Gulf regions and the national design and alternative delivery practice lead. David joined Volkert in 1993 and has over 35 years of experience in the industry, having served as a project engineer, project manager, principal-in-charge, and senior executive. He has managed some of the largest projects in Volkert’s history, including billion-dollar projects that included survey, civil, roadway, structural, environmental, utility, electrical, and construction management services. He earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed professional engineer in 16 states.
