Mayra Santana Silva

Mayra Santana Silva has extensive work experience in HR and management roles. Mayra currently serves as the Head of Culture, Development & Diversity at Volkswagen Financial Services in Brazil since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mobilize Financial Services as an HR and Internal Communication Executive Manager from April 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they held various positions at Nissan Motor Corporation, including SR HRBP, HR Regional Manager, HR SR Manager, and HRBP Manager from 2016 to 2021. During their tenure at HSBC from 2012 to 2016, Mayra worked as a Project Manager and SR HR Analyst. Mayra also has experience as an HRBP at Bemis Company, Inc. from 2010 to 2012 and as an HR Analyst at Contrel Construções Engenharia Elétrica from 2008 to 2010. Mayra began their career at Lojas Americanas SA as a Commercial Manager through their Trainee Program from 2007 to 2008.

Mayra Santana Silva has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a degree in Innovative HR from Universidad del CEMA. Prior to that, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2009-2010 to study Business Administration and Management. In 2008-2009, they pursued Human Resources Management at FAE Centro Universitário. Mayra Santana Silva completed their undergraduate education in Psychology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2003 to 2007.
