Alfonso Montes de Oca

Alfonso Montes de Oca has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alfonso began their career at Tecmarketing SA in 1998, where they served as a Sales Manager and later transitioned into the role of Manager of Training and Development. In this role, they were responsible for designing training programs and ensuring operational objectives were met.

In 2011, they moved on to Amatech, where they held the position of Commercial and Quality Manager. Alfonso played a key role in defining the company's commercial policies and overseeing sales targets. Additionally, they collaborated with the corporate marketing team to develop marketing and advertising plans aimed at increasing sales.

Montes de Oca joined Volkswagen Financial Services in 2014, initially serving as the Coordinator of Operational Support, Projects, and Innovation. Three years later, they were promoted to the position of Head of Invoicing and Credit Bureau at Volkswagen Financial Services - México.
