Felipe Javier Pérez Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Felipe Javier started their career as an Asesor de Crédito Empresarial at Banamex in 1996. Felipe Javier then worked as an SAP Sr. Consultant at gedas from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they joined Volkswagen de México as an Especialista en Procesos y TI from 2000 to 2003.

Felipe Javier then transitioned to Volkswagen Financial Services - México, where they held various roles from 2003 to 2018. These roles included Coordinador IT Customer Care, Project Management, Quality Assurance & IT Sourcing, Coordinador IT Governance, and Especialista en Procesos y Sistemas. During this time, they were involved in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, IT Sourcing, IT Quality, and other related areas.

In 2015, Felipe moved to Volkswagen Financial Services AG and worked as a Fachreferent AIM CoC FSAG from 2015 to 2016. Felipe Javier then became an IT Key Account Manager from 2017 to 2018.

Currently, Felipe serves as the Head of AMS at Volkswagen Financial Services - México since July 2018. Felipe Javier is responsible for overseeing IT Governance, Strategy, Quality Assurance, and IT Service Management. Felipe Javier'swork experience showcases their expertise in IT processes, systems, project management, quality assurance, and IT consultancy.

Felipe Javier Pérez Mendoza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems and Informatics from Universidad Iberoamericana PUEBLA (IBERO Puebla), which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in Finance and Accounting at IBERO Puebla in 2019. In 2001, Felipe completed a Diploma in Process Administration and Organizational Development from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Felipe Javier also holds a certification as an SAP Retail Consultant from SAP Retail Solutions, which they obtained in 1998. Prior to their higher education, Felipe completed their high school education at Instituto Oriente de Puebla from 1986 to 1991, with their final year focusing on administrative topics. Felipe has further obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Assessment Center for Leadership Competence (Licencia de Liderazgo / Führungslizenz) from Volkswagen AG (scheduled for 2023), SCRUM: Anti patterns from LinkedIn (obtained in 2021), ITIL Foundations V3 from Loyalist Exam Services (obtained in 2008), SAP Accelerated SAP (ASAP) from SAP (obtained in 1998), and SAP Certified Consultant Sales and Distribution, also from SAP (obtained in 1998).
