Marcus Osegowitsch

Marcus Osegowitsch (54), Austrian, has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the London Business School.

After several international assignments in the industrial and consultancy fields, Osegowitsch joined the Volkswagen Group in 2006, as head of Strategic Planning and Project Development at the Original Spare Parts Center in Kassel (Germany); the following year he was appointed Director of the Group Supply Chain. In 2010 the transfer to Volkswagen Group Russia, initially as Managing Director Sales, and then in January 2011 Volkswagen Group Representative Russia & CIS and General Director Volkswagen Group Russia.

From 1 August 2021 he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Volkswagen Group Italia.
