Hernando Pacific currently serves as a Physical Performance Data Analyst at Independiente del Valle and as a Youth Football Data Analyst at Club Atlético River Plate, both positions held since April and February 2024, respectively. Hernando also operates as a Business Management Consultant at Volkswagen Group Retail Spain since September 2018, focusing on business operations and customer experience. Experience as a Football Coach and Performance Analyst spans multiple clubs since November 2015. Hernando previously held roles such as Business Operations and Project Manager at Vansa and Assistant Research Fellow at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia, where research was conducted on the intersection between Cultural NGOs and Sustainable Development. Early career involvement includes serving as a Markets & Growth Analyst at PwC Colombia and as a Talent Recruiter at Torre Technologies Co.
