Zoe Armstrong

Zoe Armstrong has extensive experience in the automotive and IT sectors, currently serving as the BEV Agency Business Test Lead and Fleet Development Manager at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd since March 2012. In this executive role, Zoe oversees Group Fleet Services and manages fleet systems for multiple brands including Volkswagen, Audi, and Skoda, focusing on Connected Cars and alternative fuel technologies. Previous positions at Volkswagen included roles as Corporate Development Manager, Platform Programmes Manager, and IT Strategy and Group Liaison Manager, where Zoe was instrumental in delivering strategic projects and innovative IT solutions. Before joining Volkswagen, Zoe held managerial roles at Barclaycard International, Abbey, and Unilever, with a strong emphasis on IT service delivery and financial management. Zoe holds a degree from the University of Sunderland.
