Anne Kristin Paland is currently the Head of Battery Strategy at Volkswagen Group, specializing in sustainability, decarbonization, and AI-driven strategic foresighting. With a background in innovation management and project lead experience in gear development, Anne Kristin also has a strong foundation in surface technology, coatings, and analytics from their time as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IST. Anne Kristin Paland received their education from Copenhagen Business School, Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, and Technische Universität Braunschweig.
