Eric Gentz

Eric Gentz is a seasoned professional in human resources and digital transformation, currently serving as Project Lead HR Digitalization International at Volkswagen Group since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of People Experience at DHL Express, where Eric focused on enhancing the digital employee experience, and as Senior Manager for the Employee Experience Platform, developing an application for over 100,000 colleagues worldwide. Previously, Eric held various positions at Deutsche Post und DHL, including Staff to the Group CHRO and Junior Expert in Product Management for Identity Management. Eric's foundational experience also includes roles in policy analysis and research. Education includes a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Law from Lancaster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Society from The University of Bonn, complemented by studies in International Relations at Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.
