Jasmin Krabat has extensive experience at Volkswagen Group, beginning in October 2011 as an intern in organizational development, where responsibilities included developing personnel processes. Since July 2012, Jasmin has held various roles within the Group HR Top Management, including positions focused on top management strategy, future executive development, and strategic personnel planning. Jasmin has also contributed to change workshops for doctoral candidates and has experience in educational services as part of the Volkswagen Group Academy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Sciences from Technische Universität Braunschweig, obtained in 2012.
