Robert Markhardt

Robert Markhardt has a diverse professional background in recruiting, talent marketing, and HR marketing, with experience at Volkswagen Group and AutoVision. Robert holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and has previous experience as a KFZ-Mechatroniker. Currently, Robert is the Head of Recruiting Volkswagen Group IT and serves as a Team Lead in Engineering and Product Owner Recruitment. Robert also works on projects in talent marketing, acting as a strategic advisor and bridging the gap between recruiting and talent marketing.
