Vivien Baatz

Vivien Baatz is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital, M&A, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of Venture Capital Cooperations and Director of M&A and Venture Capital at Volkswagen Group since January 2019, Vivien previously held the position of CFO at TolaData and Head of Finance at Finiata. Early career roles include Vice President in Debt Restructuring & M&A at Deutsche Bank, Research Associate and Equity Capital Markets Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and internships at Ermgassen & Co, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, and Daimler. Educational qualifications include an MS in Finance with a focus on Investment Banking from ESCP Business School and a BA (Hons) in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as a Diplom (FH) in International Business from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
