Michelle Lange

Michelle Lange, RCA has extensive experience in eDiscovery and litigation support, currently serving as eDiscovery Manager at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since October 2018, and as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board at Relativity since January 2024. Previous roles include Litigation Support Project Manager at Covington & Burling LLP and eDiscovery Project Manager at Epiq, among others, with a progressive career starting as a Litigation Paralegal at Latham & Watkins from 2001 to 2005. Michelle holds a degree from the Paralegal Program at UC San Diego and has consistently contributed to shaping best practices in legal data intelligence and technology throughout a diverse array of legal firms.
