Raghu Iyengar

Raghu Iyengar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Raghu began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1999, where they worked as a Process & Technology Strategy Specialist until 2006. Raghu then moved on to Carlisle & Company, where they served as a Manager of Consulting Services until 2008. Following this, they joined Terex Construction as the Manager Global Aftermarket Revenue from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they became the General Manager at Dealer Tire until 2011. Raghu then worked as a Principal Consultant at Infosys from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Parts Sales Operations at Volkswagen of America, Inc. Raghu then transitioned to become the Director of Fleet & Remarketing, responsible for developing non-retail Dealer & Corporate Fleet business and managing Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director, CPO & Remarketing.

Raghu Iyengar pursued their higher education at two institutions. From 1991 to 1995, they attended the University of Kerala, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, in 2005, Raghu enrolled at the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business for an MBA in Integrated Management, completing the program within the same year. In addition to their formal education, Raghu Iyengar also obtained a certification in "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles" from HarvardX in February 2021.
