Karlijn Veldman

Karlijn Veldman is a seasoned Customer Journey Expert currently employed at Volkswagen Pon Financial Services since October 2022. Previously, Karlijn held the role of Customer Journey Expert Hypotheken at ING from July 2017 to October 2022, focusing on enhancing the customer experience for home buyers in need of mortgages and streamlining internal processes. Karlijn's earlier experience includes roles as Advisor in Process Design & Projects and Financial Advisor at Rabobank Amsterdam, as well as a Financial Advisor at Rabobank Leiden, where responsibilities included advising clients on suitable mortgage options.
