Joe Auckley

Joe Auckley is a Robotics Software Engineer at Volley Automation since March 2022, focusing on multi-agent planning for automated parking garages, particularly developing a centralized Scheduler for coordinating robot tasks. Previously, Joe served as a Software Engineering Intern at Zoox in 2020, where metrics were created to evaluate a simulated tracker trajectory's performance against real-world data. Additionally, Joe was a Research Assistant at mLab: Real-Time and Embedded Systems Lab from 2019 to 2020, contributing to projects on autonomous racecars, and at ModLab within the UPenn GRASP Lab in 2018. Joe holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Robotics and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
