Larry Deutsch began their work experience as a Restaurant General Manager at The White Horse Inn in 1981. Larry then served as the Food and Beverage Manager at BEST WESTERN PLUS InnTowner and The Highland Club from 1984 to 1986. In 1986, they joined Edward Don & Company as a Regional Sales Manager, a role they held until 2004. In 2005, they joined The Vollrath Company as the Director of Chain Accounts, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Sales.
Larry Deutsch attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1979 to 1992, where they studied Economics and Limnology. After that, they enrolled in Elmhurst University from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors in Economics. Prior to their university education, Larry attended the Shattuck School from 1975 to 1978 and graduated with a General graduate degree. In addition to their formal education, Larry has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Larry obtained a Hospitality and Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University in April 2020. In March 2000, Larry became ServSafe Certified by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association. Furthermore, Larry obtained the Certified Food Service Professional designation in January 1995 from the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM).
