Alin Popescu

Alin Popescu is a seasoned software engineer specializing in embedded systems and flight control software, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer for Flight Controls at Volocopter GmbH since April 2019, focusing on the development of the Flight Control Computer for the VoloCity eVTOL product. Prior experience includes roles as an Embedded Software Engineer at Bosch Sensortec GmbH, Owner and Embedded Engineer at Codetronics, and positions at Segula Technologies Romania, devgo S.R.L., Siemens VDO, and Movidius, where Alin contributed to various embedded engineering projects across multiple industries. Alin holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Embedded Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Politehnica" din Timișoara.
