Cancer cases are rising each year. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime and many are being diagnosed at younger ages. Our world-leading AI-enabled software helps identify people at risk of breast and other cancers to get them on personalized care paths that include additional imaging, genetic testing, risk-reducing medication, surgical intervention, or lifestyle changes.
Purpose
Volpara's Sales Executive is a self-motivated and tenacious individual who wants to win. They have a passion for consultative sales and a desire to make a significant impact in the fight against cancer. They have experience selling SaaS or other software/IT solutions in the breast imaging, genetic testing, oncology or Women's Health market segments. They have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success.

Experience & Qualifications
Purpose driven and passionate about making an impact on patients and health of women and families
Deep curiosity and a desire to learn about AI and healthcare and continue to grow in the sales field
5 + years as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Clinical Sales Specialist, Sales Executive or Sales Manager in the healthcare IT market
Proven success selling SaaS or other software/IT solutions in the breast imaging, genetic testing, oncology or Women's Health market segments
Clinical experience in breast imaging, genetic testing or oncology market segments is desirable
Models the “consultative sales” approach and recognized by others for excellent market development, selling, presentation, listening, negotiation and closing skills, including the ability to articulate product value propositions and differentiators vs competitive products
Proven and progressive experience in engagement and communication with both C-suite and technical decision makers i.e. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, CIOs, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Genetics, Radiology, IT, etc.)
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, while being an effective team player on a remote team
Systems and Software - proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to energize, develop and build relationships at all levels within an organization and with potential customers and move confidently between digital and non-digital settings
Able to travel domestically for events/customer meetings as required
Valid driver's license and driving record that meets safe and satisfactory criteria
Proof of COVID 19 vaccination required, except in limited circumstances where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be able to be accommodated.
Compensation & Benefits
The total compensation package for this role includes a base salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 plus a generous commission plan.
The final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory / geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus KPIs.
