Nelson Maia

Nelson Maia has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nelson started their career in 1988 as a Senior Software Engineer at Computer Associates and continued working there until 1999. From 1999 to 2005, they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Computer Associates. After that, they joined First Data in 2005 as a Test Engineer, where they tested applications and created new routines for test automation. In 2007, they joined FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. as a QA Eng, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they became a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at NYC Department of Buildings and also joined Volpara Health as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. At Volpara Health, they later transitioned to the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc.

Nelson Maia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Universidade de Brasília. Additionally, they hold an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from FUNCEP. The specific dates of their education are not provided.
