Andre MacIel

Andre Maciel is the Founder of Volpe Capital and serves as a Board Member at Banco Inter, a leading digital bank in Brazil. Andre is also a Mentor at Endeavor, supporting Mexican entrepreneurs bringing innovation to the country. Previously, Andre was the Founding Managing Investment Partner - LatAm at SoftBank Group International, leading investments and partnerships in Latin America. In addition, Andre founded 30 Knots Capital, a $200m fund focused on tech investments in Latin America. Prior to that, Andre had a long career at J.P. Morgan, holding several key positions including Managing Director and Head of Brazil Investment Banking Advisory and LatAm Technology. Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
