Richard Groves

Richard Groves is an accomplished professional in the field of risk management, currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at Volt Bank since June 2017. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of Risk and Capital Management at Pricewaterhouse Coopers from July 2006 to June 2017. Richard's experience also includes serving as a Director for Regulatory Reporting and Projects at Lehman Brothers, where expertise in Basel II implementation and VaR approval projects was demonstrated. Earlier in Richard's career, positions included Vice President of Regulatory Reporting at Merrill Lynch and Assistant Director at NatWest Markets, focusing on statutory and regulatory reporting as well as interest rate swaps.
