Director of Retail Management at Volt Lighting

Meghan Kramer has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. Meghan began their career in 2007 as a Management Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises, where they managed a sales counter with an annual goal of $2.5 million and developed multiple accepted inventory management best practices. In 2010, they joined The Home Depot as an Analyst- Pricing Analytics, where they were responsible for pricing analytics execution for plumbing, bath, kitchen and decor departments. Meghan then moved up to Senior Analyst- Assortment Planning, creating analytical intelligence to drive actionable business decisions that improve overall product assortment and category development strategy. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager- Assortment Planning and was responsible for 13 product line reviews across building materials and décor, resulting in a +$370M sales lift, cost out of +$150M, and +$220M gross margin. In 2021, Meghan joined Eran Group as the Director of Retail and currently holds the same role at VOLT® Lighting since 2022.

Meghan Kramer began their education at Milton High School and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College in 2007. Meghan subsequently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Georgia in 2014.
