Nolan Bello

Nolan Bello has worked for multiple companies over the past 25 years. In 1996, they began their career as an Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories and a Market Systems Engineer, Product Evaluation Engineer, and Field Engineer at Lucent Technologies. In 2006, they were a Product Manager at CTS Electronic Components. From 2008 to 2020, they held various positions at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC, including Business Unit Manager, Audacy Advanced Wireless Solutions, Product Development Manager, and Sr. Product Manager. During this time, they had P&L responsibility for a $3.4M new technology IoT startup within the company, led design engineering, field support, customer service, and marketing teams, and formulated, developed, and implemented long-term strategic business plans and partnerships. In 2020, they became the Director, Digital Solutions and RBS Director - Commercial at Zurn Industries, LLC. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Digital Product Solutions at VOLT® Lighting.

Nolan Bello obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1991 and 1995. Nolan then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University between 2000 and 2004. In 2007, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for the Product Management Executive Development Program. In 2011, they attended the Wisconsin School of Business for Executive Education. Prior to that, they attended Streamwood High School. In 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner 1 certification from Scrum.org.
