Beth Forrest

Beth Forrest has a diverse range of work experience in employee benefits and health care management. Beth started their career at Diversified Investment Advisors as a Technical Specialist/Budget Analyst and later became a Supervisor of Retirement Plans. Beth then worked at Altria, where they held various roles including Manager of Health Plans, Supervisor of Managed Care and Health Care Data, and Analyst of Welfare, Long Term Disability, Survivor Income Benefit, and Pension Plans. Beth played a key role in developing benefits policies, implementing wellness programs, and improving service and efficiency. Beth also worked at Volt as Director of Employee Benefits and at CA Technologies as Senior Principal of Benefits, where they promoted a corporate wellness culture and increased employee engagement in the wellness program.
