David Winans

David Winans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Since January 2017, David has served as Senior Director at Volt, having previously held the position of Director. Prior experience includes working at Volt Technical Resources from February 2007 to January 2017, where David progressed from Program Manager/Recruiter to Recruiting Manager. David earned a degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, attending from 2000 to 2004.
