James Deck

Head of Customer Success at Volt

James Deck has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. James started as a High School Science Teacher at Yukon Public Schools in 2009 and then moved to GuestX in 2014 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing fulfillment of client and product deliverables, as well as serving as the lead account manager for the company's top clients. In 2020, they joined PURioLABS as a Project Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Head of Customer Success at Volt.

James Deck obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from The University of Tulsa in 2014, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. James also earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of Oklahoma in 2009, with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching.
