Nicolas Piau

Nicolas Piau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and sustainability. Currently serving as a non-voting member of the Board at EODev and as a member of the Supervisory Board at both Volta Groupe and Watt & Well, Nicolas has also held the position of Co-founder & CEO at TiLT Capital Partners SAS since May 2018. As a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute, Nicolas engages in initiatives that promote business sustainability and values-based leadership. Previous roles include Independent Board Member at CSN Energy and Director of Group Mergers & Acquisitions at Engie, where Nicolas managed a corporate M&A team and handled acquisitions for global gas projects. Nicolas began a career in research at Suez, culminating in a PhD in Economics and Sustainable Development from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
