Erik Hollander

Erik Hollander has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on manufacturing engineering. Erik currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Volta Trucks and is also the Owner of SI&E Consulting AB. Prior to this, they held various senior roles at Volvo Cars, including Senior Director and Director positions in strategic planning, control, and industrial launch management. Erik's career began as a Materials Engineer at ABB Vecto Gray Inc and Volvo Technology before progressing to leadership roles at Volvo Cars. Their expertise includes project management, operations efficiency, and materials/process engineering.

Erik Hollander completed their M Sc in Materials Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Persbråten videregående skole from 1986 to 1989. Erik later obtained an MBA from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 2005 to 2007.
