Prajakta Kale

Prajakta Kale is a skilled project coordination and program lead at Voltage, LLC since October 2024, with previous experience as a senior project engineer at Keltbray from September 2021 to July 2024, and as a field engineer at KELLER from November 2018 to September 2021. Expertise includes various ground improvement techniques such as aggregate piers, rigid inclusions, and micropiles, alongside assisting project managers with design, estimation, and proposal preparation for piling projects. Additionally, Prajakta began as an engineer intern at BOND Brothers in early 2018 and worked as a research assistant at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in mid-2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from the University of Mumbai.
