Krasen Chervenkov

Krasen Chervenkov, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at VoltaGrid since October 2023. Prior to this role, Krasen was the Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Tidewater Renewables Ltd., where Krasen played a pivotal role as one of the co-founders, successfully executing a $160 million IPO and overseeing various functional areas including project development and carbon credit trading. Krasen also held the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd., where responsibilities included leading transactions and negotiations, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and obtaining regulatory approvals. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets and as an Associate at CIBC World Markets. Krasen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance with Distinction from the University of Calgary and is a CFA Charter Holder.
