Anali Godoy

Anali Godoy has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Anali worked as a Sr. Engagement Manager at Volteo starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were with Flextronics, where they held the positions of Service Delivery Manager and Incident Manager from 2011 to 2018. In these roles, they managed various IT-related projects and ensured compliance with established controls and procedures. Before their time at Flextronics, Anali gained experience at TeleTech, where they served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Hewlett Packard Latin America and later as an Operations Supervisor. In these roles, they oversaw quality standards, managed technical support teams, and worked on project management.

Anali Godoy attended Universidad de La Salle Bajío, A.C. from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Laws. Anali also holds additional certifications, including ITIL OSA (Operational Support & Analysis) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in August 2017, ITIL V3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in November 2012, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2013.
