Cesar Cedillo

Cesar Cedillo has diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Cesar is currently working as a Technical Lead at Volteo Digital since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant at the same company from August 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Volteo Digital, Cesar worked as an EDI Specialist at Kansas City Southern from April 2021 to August 2021.

Cesar has further demonstrated their expertise by obtaining the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow in 2021. Their most recent certification is the Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management, which they received from ServiceNow in 2023. Cesar also holds a Cherwell Software Implementer certification, although the date of obtaining it is not provided.
