Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at Electric Power Systems, where tenure began in December 1996. As Central Division Vice President, James directed operations, and as Midwest Regional Director, responsibilities included oversight of regions such as St. Louis, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Nashville.
