Mark Crisp

Mark Crisp has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, spanning over two decades. Mark is currently serving as a Controller at Voltyx since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EyeCare Partners from April 2019 to October 2021, where they held the position of Director of Accounting.

Mark's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Electrical Components International from August 2006 to April 2019. During their time there, they held the role of Director of Financial Reporting from February 2012 to April 2019, where they were responsible for producing financial reports in compliance with debt covenant requirements. Mark also provided reports and analysis to private equity holders and debt holders, and guided domestic and global Controllers in reviewing monthly financial reporting packages. Before this, they served as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting from August 2006 to February 2012.

Mark started their career at John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts in August 1999. Mark held various roles during their tenure, including Director of Corporate Accounting from March 2002 to August 2006, Corporate Accounting Manager from December 2000 to March 2002, and Corporate Accountant from August 1999 to December 2000. In these positions, they oversaw SEC regulatory reporting for a public hotel company, managed month-end closing documentation and reconciliations, and controlled corporate payroll and accounts payable.

Mark Crisp completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Missouri State University in 1998. In 2015, they pursued further education and obtained a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
