Samantha Farraj

Samantha Farraj has worked in the field of customer success and partner relations for the past decade. Samantha began their career in 2012 as the Assistant Director of International Recruiting at McNeese State University. In 2021, they moved to Universum as the Partner Relations Manager for USA and Canada. Currently, they are the Customer Success Manager at Volumental, a role they have held since 2023.

Samantha Farraj received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McNeese State University in 2012, and their Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the same university in 2016.
