Katharine Miller

Director of Product Quality at VoluMetrix

Katharine Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katharine began their career at White Hen Pantry in 2002 as a Store Clerk. In 2004, they joined EXPRESS as a Sales Associate and continued in this role until 2008. During their time at EXPRESS, they also had an internship at Fast Search & Transfer from 2006 to 2008.

In 2005, Katharine worked as a Hostess and Carry Out at Bertucci's for a few months. Katharine then joined Raytheon in 2008 as a Systems Engineering Intern, where they had significant responsibilities such as writing system specifications and leading a Six Sigma project. After completing their internship, they continued working at Raytheon as a Systems Engineer from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Katharine transitioned to TransEnterix, Inc. as a Quality Engineer, where they worked until 2015. Katharine then joined Symmetry Surgical as a Quality Engineer and served in this role until 2017. In the same year, they became the Director of Product Quality at VoluMetrix.

In addition to their corporate roles, Katharine also had experience as a Teacher at Pure Barre since 2013. This wide range of positions demonstrates their adaptability and expertise in different fields.

Katharine Miller completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Katharine attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Human Subjects Research - Biomedical (Biomed) Comprehensive from the CITI Program in January 2023.
