Hsiaoyun Sue

Hsiaoyun Sue is a Senior Back End Engineer at VolunteerMatch. Hsiaoyun has previously worked as a Software Engineer at DISCERN from October 2011 to July 2014, where they were responsible for the backend software development on Discern's web based product. Hsiaoyun also setup a complete software backend structure using the MYSQL/Hibernate/Spring framework, and completed the DB schema and structure design. Hsiaoyun has also worked as a Senior QA Engineer at TrendMicro from April 2009 to September 2010, where they created and executed automation testing scripts. Hsiaoyun has also worked as a Software Engineer at KLA-Tencor from July 2007 to March 2009, where they were responsible for factory automation testing and software development using Microsoft Visual C++.

Hsiaoyun Sue received their Master's in Software Engineering from San Jose State University. Hsiaoyun holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, as well as an Associate's degree in Commercial Art from the same school.
