Becky Amerson-Wall

Becky Amerson-Wall has over 24 years of Human Resources experience. She began her career at Volunteers of America Greater Baton Rouge in 2009 as Benefits Manager, then held the title of Human Resources Manager for the past 10 years and she currently serves as Human Resources Director.

Becky is responsible for providing leadership to support short and long-term plans through effective Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices.

Before her employment with Volunteers of America Greater Baton Rouge, Becky worked as Human Resources Manager for both Central Progressive Bank and Direct General Insurance Company. Becky holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and has been in Human Resources since 1997.
