Lidia A. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lidia started their career as a Peer Tutor at Upward Bound - Pacoima in 2008 and later served as a College Institute Intern at Project Grad Los Angeles in 2011. Lidia continued their work with Project Grad Los Angeles as a Middle School Institute Intern in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Lidia worked at LACER Afterschool Programs as a Program Assistant and Acting College/Career Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Pave Your Path to College LLC as a Program Consultant, where they developed innovative youth development programs aimed at underserved populations. Lidia then served as a Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Southern California from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Project Director III at Volunteers of America Los Angeles, where they utilize their extensive experience in project management.

Lidia A. completed their high school education at San Fernando High School from 2006 to 2010, earning a High School Diploma. Lidia then attended UCLA from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology. In 2015, Lidia A. enrolled at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and completed their studies in 2017, earning a Master of Arts degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Change. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Business Strategies for A Better World Specialization from Coursera in December 2018, and later received a Leadership Foundations certification from LinkedIn in January 2022.
