Walter Mullins

Walter Mullins is a seasoned professional in the field of substance use disorder treatment, currently serving as Program Manager at Volunteers of America Mid-States since August 2019. Previously, Walter operated as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Addiction Recovery Care, focusing on individual and group counseling within a men's residential treatment facility.
