Rhea Flaten

Rhea Flaten is currently the Corporate Contracts & Compliance Manager at Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) since July 2023. Previously, Rhea worked as the Contracts, Procurement and Office Manager at Niron Magnetics, Inc. from July 2021 to July 2023, and as a Contract Administrator in the Office of General Counsel at Daikin Applied Americas from December 2019 to June 2021. Rhea also has experience working on contract assignments through staffing agencies at various companies from June 2015 to December 2019. Rhea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Printmaking, Painting, and Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
