Connie Glass

Connie Glass is an experienced mental health professional with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rollins College. As a Clinical Coordinator at Volunteers of America of Florida, Inc. since March 2020, Connie oversees clinical operations and coordinates therapy services. Previously, Connie served as an LMHC & SA Professional at New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and held the position of Clinical Supervisor at IMPOWERFL, where responsibilities included supervising a team of therapists and managing clinical productivity. With a strong background in providing individual therapy to foster care children at Devereux, Connie specializes in trauma-informed care, CBT, and interventions for adolescent sex offenders. Additionally, Connie has experience as a therapist at Prevent of Brevard Inc.
